The Frame Factory began in 1992 as a full service frame shop and established itself as an
excellent alternative to the big box frame store.  Here at the Frame Factory our customers receive
personalized design assistance, outstanding customer service, and  our commitment to produce
custom framing that is of the utmost quality that will both enhance and protect their artwork.  We
have over  3000 moulding corner samples to design with and hundreds of mat color samples. All
the work is done in the shop, from mat cutting, frame building, and final fit and inspection. Your

Noel Flynn has managed the Frame Factory since its  inception back in 1992.  It was originally
located in the old Mervyn's shopping center on Douglas Blvd.  Noel played an integral part in
building the foundation to success by  treating every customer like gold and developing a
reputation of trust, reliability and in having a keen eye for detail.  Complete satisfaction has always
been the bottom line priority of the Frame Factory managed by Noel Flynn.

In 2003 Noel purchased the business  from the original (absentee) owner.   Shortly after that, He
took the first step towards realizing his dream; owning his own gallery.  Keeping the Frame Factory
exactly as it was, he converted the front showroom into a gallery featuring artwork from a large
range medium, including his own watercolors.    

In 2007 Noel Flynn Gallery & Frame Factory moved to 225 Vernon Street in historic downtown
Roseville.
