History
The Frame Factory began in 1992 as a full service picture frame shop and established itself as an excellent alternative to the big box frame store. Here at the Frame Factory, you receive personalized design assistance, outstanding customer service, and our commitment to produce custom framing that is of the utmost quality that will both enhance and protect your artwork. We have over 3,000 moulding corner samples to design with and over 1,000 mat color samples. All the work is done in the shop, from mat cutting, frame building, and final fit and inspection. Your total satisfaction is completely guaranteed.
Noel Flynn has managed the Frame Factory since its inception back in 1992. It was originally located in the old Mervyn's shopping center on Douglas Blvd. Noel played an integral part in building the foundation to success by treating every customer respect and developing a reputation of trust, reliability, and in having a keen eye for detail. Complete satisfaction has always been the bottom line priority of the Frame Factory managed by Noel Flynn.
In 2003, Noel purchased the business from the original (absentee) owner. Shortly after that, he took the first step towards realizing his dream; owning his own gallery and frame shop. Keeping the Frame Factory exactly as it was, he converted the front showroom into a gallery featuring artwork from a variety of local artist in arrange of mediums, including his own paintings. In 2007, Noel Flynn Gallery & Frame Factory moved to 225 Vernon Street in historic downtown Roseville.
Specialties
We specialize in custom framing of your original artwork, photos, memorabilia, awards, and sentimental possessions. We offer unique framing services which include beautiful shadowboxes, custom and decorative mat cutting, and unique decorative pen work on mats, including inscriptions and French line work. We specialize in framing needlepoint and counted cross stitch. We do outstanding fillet work and collage mats with exacting precision. We also display and sell artwork and creations from local artists and wood craftsmen.
